This Imperial CAPE COD 12.5" #160010B Flared Bowl with 1.5" Smooth Rim is shown in the old catalogues as a punch bowl; it's 6 3/4" deep and holds about 3/4 of a gallon (slightly less than the other punch bowls, but it's larger than the salad bowl). The listed size for the bread and butter #1D is 6.5" but these are closer to 6 3/4" and can easily function as a salad plate (an old Cape Cod catalog does list a #1604 1/2 salad plate of 6 3/4" so I suspect this is what they are, though the newer glass catalogs don't list these).
